I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM CLUBS AND TEAMS REGARDING PRESENTATION NIGHT TICKETS, WHICH IS GREAT, BUT WE CANNOT SELL THEM UNTIL THE SEASON ENDS.
ALL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS, RUNNERS UP AND SPORTING AWARD WINNERS WILL RECEIVE AN ALLOCATION OF 25 TICKETS, (EITHER ADULT OR CHILDREN) YOU HAVE BETWEEN MAY 5TH AND MAY 16TH TO CLAIM THESE TICKETS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE FULL 25 YOU CAN HAVE ANY NUMBER UP TO 25.
IF YOU REQUIRE EXTRA TICKETS THE TEAR OFF SLIP YOU RECEIVE HAS A SPACE TO APPLY, THESE ARE STRICKLY LIMITED AND ARE SOLD ON THE FIRST APPLIED FIRST ISSUED BASIS. EVERY SEASON WE TURN AWAY ABOUT 200 PEOPLE, SO PLEASE DO NOT DELAY, AND TEAM MANGERS REMEMEBER TO ORDER YOUR OWN TICKET! MOST FORGET.
THE LETTERS WILL BE POSTED MONDAY 5TH MAY, THE TIMELINE IS TIGHT SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE ALREADY A WINNER BE GETTING YOUR NUMBERS READY, PARICUALLY IF YOU REQUIRE EXTRA TICKETS.
YOUR 25 TICKET ALLOCATION WILL BE SOLD IF NOT CLAIMED BY 16TH MAY, BY RETURNING THE TEAR OFF SLIP. DUE TO THE ISSUE OF OVER 2400 TICKETS WE CANNOT TAKE ORDERS VIA THE PHONE, OR EMAIL. REMEMBER YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND ANY MONEY WITH YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE INVOICED SEPERATLEY, PER TEAM.
CLUB SECRETARIES CAN YOU PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO YOUR TEAM MANAGERS, AS SEVERAL PHONE ME AFTER APPLICATION DATES HAVE PASSED CLAIMING TO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE DATES AND ARRANGEMENTS.
FINALLY ONLY THREE TEAMS DID NOT COLLECT THEIR TROPHIES LAST SEASON, AND ONE OF THOSE COULD NOT GET TICKETS!!!
